Getting a 'can't open a file because of a program error'.

Hi!

All of a sudden today I am getting this error message.  I was trying to place a photo to start work on it.  I checked all of the things it says to do.  Graphic processor is good, running version 24.1.1, I have closed and reopened the program. Rebboted the computer also.

Please, any suggestions would be appreciated!  In the middle of a project, of course.

You have tried all items listed in official help https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/program-error-opening-psd.html including preference reset and nothing works for you? Roll back or post Help > System Info here so someone may spot what is the problem.
