GIF in photoshop

Hello 🙂
I have followed 10 different tutorials on how to export a gif. Everything seems fine. And it works when I open it in web. But when I open it on my mac it opens in 3 different pics? And I can not make i work in my webpage. Somebody please help? I have absolutely no clue what is going wrong.
