I first encountered this bug a little over a year ago. It was triggered by opening any existing PSD, but I found that the "glitch" goes away by toggling layer visibility off then on.
However, there's no way to get rid of it now except by zooming out. Once you zoom in, the glitching returns.
Happens when opening both local and cloud-based files. But once exported, the image looks fine.

Hi @SofiaLapinnn , curious if you:
Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?
Thank you,

Hi @CoryShubert , thanks for your response!
I went to Preferences > Technology Previews. There was a "Deactivate Native Canvas", which I'm guessing is the same as "Disable Native Canvas".
Anyway, it's already checked, so I unchecked it, restarted Photoshop, and it fixed the glitchiness 🙂
I'll confirm with other PSDs.
