In Photoshop (latest version as of 5-4-23) my cursor stops, the window doesn't update action, history shows further actions, then artwork window when resized stretches and resizes artwork as you move it. Its happened repeatedly. I've gone back to an old version (25.4) which seems a little more stable. I'm bit miffed that all these updates don't seem to ever  make a stable version. If it wasn't for this version being at work I'd go back to my old personal verison of CS6 which is the best version so far.

You didn't mention your computer specs.

You can also go to Help > System Info > Copy, then paste the entire contents into a Reply window. It's long.
