At my wits end with this error - lots of things I have tried thanks to this forum and many live chats and remote ins to computer with agents...still no fix.
"The graphics processor has ecnountered an out of memory error. Due to a run-time error, GPU accerleration has been reverted to Limited for the remainder of the session"
Error consistantly pops up when going into the presets - I hover over one of the selections (usually I start with one of the portrait options) the arrows will circle and then the error pops up. I thought initally it had something to do with applying the AI denoise then going into the presets causing the issue, but I no longer think that as I can open a raw image and go straight to a preset and it gives the error.
I placed the photoshop system info below.
I have updated everything in every way that I can - just this morning learned about setting my driver from game ready to studio so did that, still getting the error.
Camera that I am currently using is a Canon EOS R7
Computer - ACER Nitro N50-656 - RAM 16.0 GB, Windows 11 home, x64 - based PC, Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-14400F, 2500 Mhz, 10 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s). - this is a brand new PC- only 2 weeks old (however I have been having this error show up on my other computers for a while now - just thought it was due to them being older - so invested in a more powerful one and still struggling 😞
Just noticed something - may be a dumb question - but would the "local" of the computer being the states be conflicting with my program and I being in Canada? Just ask as I always have to get redirected here when I go to sign in....
At this point the only "solution" I was offered was to open the Raw with lightroom - use the AI denoise there then edit the DNG file in raw "like normal" However this seems absurd to me to have to use 2 programs to edit a photo - counter productive to me.
Any insight or help is greatly appreciated. Screen shot of error message - only steps done - open>presets>hover over a portrait preset and then error...can't get through a couple simple steps 😞

Another strange issue is the amount of memory photoshop is using - see screen shot. This is after getting an image through RAW after the error code and doing some final basic edits - any insight on this would be fantastic. Thank you!!
