gradient export is not correct.

1. Adobe Photoshop 25.4
2. Windows 11 Home Single Language  version 23H2

3. - create a gradient in the middle of the artboard 

- export to PNG or JPG and you can file my PSD file in the attachment 
4. you can see on the screen that I capture

as you can easily see when I export as a PNG the result is different from my preview screen the position of my gradient is changed
