Gradient Fill Layers Not Exporting Correctly When Multiple Artboards are Present

While working with gradient fill layers on artboards in Photoshop 25.5.1 in Windows 10 (a coworker with 25.5.0 on MacOS had the same behavior) the gradients will shift when exported via the "Export As..." dialog relative to where the artboards are placed.

This is how the gradients should look.

However, when exporting, this is how they look.

A workaround to this is converting the gradient fill layers to smart objects, but this means they are no longer editable. This is very annoying if you work with gradients and artboards frequently. I've attached the test file shown in the screenshots above.
