I really don't understand why adobe want to "fix" the tool and make it works in a completely different way from the past hundreds of version.

Just spent 30mins to figure out how the new gradient tool works and how I could customize my own gradient. What's wrong with the old interface???

I mean, even if you're saying this is for better efficiency, gradient filling etc. in blending options remain exactly the same as before, so what's the point?

I admit the new tool did workout better in some ways, but not a lot. and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can you not replace the old one with a completely different stuff. KEEP THEM BOTH THANK YOU.

AFAIK, they did keep both.

Look at tool options and try the Classic options there.

I'm sure it's a welcome improvement. If you use both ways a lot, maybe make Tool Presets for both of them (hoping those will work).
