Graduated tool not working as it should

using graduated tool the controls/lines does not show - how can I fix that?? ( using Mac)

Hi @Bjornhuvud, I see you don't have any replies yet after several days, sorry about that! Did you find a solution? I'm not sure what the Graduated tool is. Are you perhaps referencing the Gradient tool in Photoshop? Have you tried resetting the tool? Also, there is information on the improved gradients here that might be helpful. Thanks - I had to use Adobe service to reinstall Photoshop twice in order for it to work properly. They are very serviceminded!
