It seems that is the CPU internal graphic unit. This isn't compatible with the newer versions of Photoshop.

To say more we need more informations about your computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc. Do you have a laptop or a workstation?  Which operating system do you use?

If possible, please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.
