in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

@Piotr5FA2 the Quadro K4200 does not meet minimum Photoshop specs.
Specifically it only supports DirectX11 and DirectX12 is a requirement.
You'll need to upgrade your graphics card.

Yes, thank you for the advice, but I am looking for an IT solution to solve this problem 🙂

According to the specs the K4200 may not meet the requirements of the GPU for the current versions of Photoshop. It was current in 2014 but depending on the exact variant may not support Direct X feature level 12 (not that is feature level 12 not hardware). You might have some success going to Preferences - Technology Previews and enabling 'Older GPU mode(pre 2016)', but it may be time to retire that card.

Thanks Dave for respone about I realize it's an old card from 2014 but I think
there should be some support for older solutions from experts from Adobe
or the open source community users of Photoshop of older versions and older graphics cards with new
next new software update. You dno't think so?

@Piotr5FA2 there is no legacy support for older equipment besides downgrading your Photoshop to an older version (22.2) via the Creative Cloud desktop app and staying on it.

That's exactly what I did
thanks a lot kev, it works
Do You have a solution for cheaper versions of a working card with CC new?

@Piotr5FA2 not specifically. You'd most likely want to start with the System requirements (I would go with the recommendeed, not minimum) and go from there. You need to consult your computer specs and make sure you get a card compatible with an older PC such as yours.

'...I think there should be some support for older solutions from experts from Adobe...'
Community experts do not work for Adobe, we are just users who use the software day in day out. Photoshop is putting more and more of its compositing functionality onto the GPU. Whilst that brings the ability to handle larger multilayered images faster, it also means that some older GPUs do not have the functionality required to keep up. The older GPU mode was provided to allow those GPUs to carry on working, at least in the short term.
