Graphics issue with AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT

Want to keep using scrubby zoom, but can't without GPU. The issue goes away then i disable the GPU.

I just updated the drivers. Should mention this is a new GPU.

Go to preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?

I am not the OP, but have the same problem.  Your suggestion unfortunately had no effect.  The problem is still there...It's frustrating having spent $600+ for a GPU that PS won't recognize!
