I can't rotate my canvas anymore after I updated Photoshop to version 21.2.12. My laptop is a Windows 7. AMD Radeon HD 6520G. It keeps on disabling/greying out the Graphics Processor, and the OpenCL.

This problem is driving me crazy I never had this issue before I updated Photoshop, I use to have the early 2020 one. I''ve tried everything from Updating my Display drive, Uninstalling Photoshop and reinstalling, and putting "AllowOldGPUS" in my registory editor, putting the OpenGL32.Dll file still nothing. 😕

Is there anything I can do?

I can't even find where to download the version I use to have of the previous Photoshop I use to use 21.1.0. None of the versions after 21.2.12 will install on my laptop because they require new hardware.

Adobe expects you to have the latest OS and software, no more than 2 versions back.  For this reason, older versions are not offered from Creative Cloud desktop app.

Incidentally, MS has released the new Win 11 OS.  Security updates & support for legacy Win 7 ended more 1-1/2 years ago.  😉  You know what that means...

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.
