Hey,

I have a file with some artboards and a specific guide lauyout on them but it randomly shifts. No matter if I do nothing or change the playcement of an artboard there is a time when the guides just shift and after that I cannot change them again. I cannot pick them up all together just one by one and they are not locked or anything else.

So the problem is... the guides are doing what they want and its not even possible to get them easily to where they should belong. I use the newest photoshop version on Mac(also tried it on older ones after they changed playcements but it looks the same there).

Does anyone know how i can change this?

Cara, could you flesh out your work area for us?

Document type = Artboard, right?

Artboard size?

New Guide Layout settings? (a screenshot may be easier)

So far I was not able to reproduce the issue but as for

»the guides are doing what they want and its not even possible to get them easily to where they should belong.«

it seems you it might be easiest to just »Clear Selected Arboard Guides« and create the Guide Layout anew (View > Guides > New Guide Layout).
