Hard Mix not exporting

Hi there, could someone please help me? I am trying to export an image I have edited with hard mix selected but when exporting it doesn't apply to the image. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. It exports without the editexpand imageWith the Hard Mixexpand image

This is a binary image that consists of either black or white pixels. To properly see that pixel structure on screen, you need to view at 100%. 

 

100% has nothing to do with size. It means one image pixel is represented by exactly one physical screen pixel.

 

You're viewing at 11.4 and 12.5 % zoom. That means 7100 pixels in the image are downsampled to around 750 pixels on screen. That's a lot of data that needs to be interpolated, and in that process, crisp black/white edges inevitably get replaced with fuzzy gray pixels.

 

Different screen resampling algorithms will put very different results up on screen.

 

If you view these two at 100%, you will see that they are identical and it exports correctly.
