Healing / content aware in ACR slows opening in Photoshop (a lot!!!)

Today, using the latest updates to ACR and Photoshop, I used the healing tool in ACR to remove some power lines in a series of photos BUT I left some portions of the lines near the subject in the image, so I could finish the close details of removal in Photoshop. When I went to open the images (or even just one of them) from ACR, Photoshop took about 45 seconds to over a minute to open the images. It usually takes about 5 seconds or so to open an image from ACR into Photoshop. Also, Photoshop gives no indication it is actually "busy" and it appears that it it has locked up. I waited a while to confirm that it does eventually open.

Since none of the other images from the shoot had this delay, I duplicated these DNG files and removed the healing that was done. When I opened these images without the healing being used in ACR, the images opened as they should. Perhaps I should be using the healing tools in ACR if I want to go to PS, but I have done this in the past where I take care of the "low-hanging fruit" with ACR's tools and then finish the fine details in PS without issue. Is this a known issue? Here are the details:

Dell XPS 15 9500 - Core i7 8 core proc
Nvidia 1650 graphics
64G Ram
Photoshop 24.2.1
Bridge 13.01 (cause 13.02 is broken, seriously!)

Windows 11 22H2
