Help blending seam between photos

I'm a novice with photoshop, and am experimenting with some photos I took of a highschool show. Trying to connect these photos into one - the spot giving me the most trouble is obviously that green stripe in the middle. Any recommendations for making it a gradient? 

 

I tried using the gradient tool, but that gets rid of the noisy texture in the background so it looks too obvious. 

 

Thanks for any advice!

If I understand your question. Try using the content aware scale . Or add layer masks and blend them using gradient on the layer mask

In photoshop have you tried File>Automate>Photomerge?
