HELP: Buying New Laptop

Good Morning, iv been using my dad's Laptop for photoshop which he had for years ,i recently got into deeper into digital painting and a bit into video editing, iv been saving for awhile to buy a new laptop but idk what to pick (my budget is 800$)
Can u recommend me a good laptop on this price range?
