Help! Can't open PSDC

Hello everyone I have an huge problem: 

I have saved my my photoshop document as an psdc,somehow i cannot open these documents anymore. It's also avaible offline. I have tried looking for it on the creative cloud but it's nowhere to be found. It's also not saved on my computer. 

How can I open this document?

Can you see them via your Creative Cloud Desktop App under Files > Your Files?  Note : You need to be logged in to see them

The version of the app is 2021 and it's on my windows laptop.

hi @Bartimeus-Joh28809871ang0 PSDC files are stored in the cloud and require a network connection to access.

If you go to assets.adobe.com and log in with your Adobe ID (Same as your Photoshop login) do you see the file?
