I have exported gifs as videos from PSD for years and now it's not working. I've updated everything, restarted a bunch of times, uninstalled and reinstalled. I need to export videos. Please help!

Hi Ashley.  Can you tell us what operating system you are using, and if it is a Mac, what hardware?  Have you changed hardware recently? Thanks.

Also check Media Encoder version.  There has been a new update since Photoshop V24 became available.

Is this happening with one particular timeline, or everything?

Is it only happening with frame animations change to video timelines?  I assume you are changing the GIF to video before trying to render?

I wonder if it is the settings?  Did the frame animation adhere to a valid video size, that you selected in Media Encoder?

Try saving this animation

I was able to convert to video and render out OK.
