I can barely understand the person at the help desk; their accent is so heavy, and they speak so fast, which makes it difficult to get help. Is there a way to talk with an American representative when calling in?
@askchefdennis as far as I'm aware Adobe's support is based in India, maybe if you posted your issue here we may be able to help, bear in mind we can't help with account/subscription issues, but we can tag Adobe employees to help in such matters.
