We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop due to the issues with your graphics card. Would you mind telling us the exact version of Photoshop you're using?

If you're using the latest version of Photoshop, the Nvidia GTX 470 does not meet the minimum requirements to be compatible with the application version. Please check: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html
