I know you are having a hard time, but we can't do anything and here's why:

 

If someone gave you this screenshot, and the name and face was blacked out. It's permanent. Digital images are composed of pixels.  Removing information is where Photoshop replaces the information pixels of an image with black pixels usually using a brush tool set to black. The image is saved making those changes final before sending it to you. There is nothing left to see. It's gone.
