help needed with e-market material

I'm looking at putting som e marketting matteral together along the lines of the below. Whats the best way to go about desiging images like this?

Use Adobe Illustrator. It was designed to make sharp vector graphic work like that.

If you do not have any previous history with adobe or design products, I would also suggest trying adobe spark first. Its a very streamlined tool to help create content exactly like this and will help guide you through layout, formatting, colors, exporting, and posting.
