Help! Save and open commands doesn't work!!

I'm in deep trouble. Photoshop does not save to computer or open documents from hard drive using the program's open command. Only to Creative Cloud in psdc-format. I just downloaded the new version, and the problem hasn't gone away yet. Also InDesign is having similar symptoms.

We're sorry about the open and save file issue with Photoshop. What are your system specification and Photoshop version? Do you see any error messages while trying to save or open the documents? How much free space is available on your internal hard drive?

Open photoshop prefs and in general click the button at the bottom that says Reset Preferences on Quit and quit and restart Photoshop
