Herramienta Mano temporal con barra espaciadora

No me funciona la herramienta mano temporal con la barra espaciadora.

Me refiero a cuando dejas pulsado el espacio y se te cambia la herramienta a la mano y cuando sueltas vuelves a la herramienta que estabas utilizando antes.

Podéis ayudarme? es fundamental para mi método de retoque.

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
