A long time ago, I scanned a family member's ID card. The card is now lost. I cannot recorver it, so my scan of it is all that remains.
My family was asked to submit the card to a web-site as proof of identity. Problem: the card is a little less than the resolution they wanted. Is there a way to use Photoshop CC to make the card a little "bigger"?
