Hoe kan ik raw file s openen in Photoshop cs

Gisteren een enorme crash gehad. Nu alles geinstalleerd maar 1 ding kan ik niet dat is een RAW file openen in Photoshop CS. Normaler wijze kon ik op een lightroom achtige manier de file opeen maar het lukt me niet meer.

Ik heb een CameraRaw_10_5_win gedownload maar waar zet ik het neer. Of waar maak ik de connectie?

Photoshop CS is compatible with ACR 2.4 according to this:

So what are you trying to do exactly? 

What are the involved camera models?
