How can i change face angle in photoshop?

 I want to change the face in this photo as it is facing forward.How can i do that?

The results the Neural Filter »Smart Portrait« provides are, in my opinion, not good enough so far and this photograph is not a good basis anway (glasses, the hair, …) so I would recommend looking for (or taking) a more »fitting« photograph.

Though if you meant the angle on the axis perpendicular to the image plane a »simple« Transform/Warp with some Masking and Decontaminating might suffice.
