How can I fix move & zoom error?

Move to the spacebar or zoom to Ctrl+SPACE, and it will continue to work when you release the pen. This is so uncomfortable. Is there any way?

Also, I hope that pressing the left alt key will solve the problem of toggling to the menu bar.

This is a known bug that has bothered a lot of people. A fix is in the pipeline, but we don't know when.

In the meantime, you can try to reset preferences, which has fixed it for many (myself included). You may need to do it several times. Nobody knows why multiple resets should do any more good than the first, but apparently it can.
