You already have Photoshop version 22 installed. The current version is 23, so you may want to run the available update. At least you should update 22.0 to 22.5.7.

Older versions aren't available (only current and one previous). But why do you need that? If you're just confused about the name, they are not called Photoshop CC anymore, just Photoshop and version number.

Hi

Not sure I understand your query, the Creative Cloud app lets you install the newest and previous version of Photoshop, does your computer meet Photoshop's system requirements

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html

If you need older versions of Photoshop other than the versions available in the Creative Cloud app, you'll need to contact Adobe Customer Care and request a download link or you can download older versions from here

Which operating system do you have?

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

  • Windows 11, Windows 10 versions 21H1, 20H2, 2004, and 1909 (LTSB branches are not supported;)
  • macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina).

Creative Cloud does not provide links to older versions.  Adobe expects customers to have the latest software, no more than 2 versions back.

Hope that helps.

You are using Creative Cloud Desktop App or CC (Creative Cloud) App and everything listed is part of Creative Cloud but without CC in the name as already explained by @D Fosse
