How do I delete templates from File Info in Bridge?

When I upgraded to PS 2024 (Mac) from PS 6 a whole raft of templates for File Info came along for the ride.  I never created them, and now they're a PITA because I have to scroll through them to get to the generic one I use for all images when I fill in File Info in Bridge?

How do I get to the list of them and delete all the unwanted ones?

File > File Info:

2024-01-08_15-14-11.png

On a Mac, this would be similar to:

/Users/username 1/Library/Application Support/Adobe/XMP/Metadata Templates

For Windows:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\XMP\Metadata Templates

Perhaps make a backp of the unwanted .xmp files, just in case.

NOTE: The Library or AppData folders and their contents may be invisible on certain systems. Search the web for info on making hidden directories/folders visible if you can't access the required folders.

Thanks.  That worked but after I did it the Create Template item is now greyed out.  I have quit Bridge and PS and restarted the computer,  Will see if that makes any difference.
