How do I fix the "One or more plug-ins are currently not available on your system" problem

I downloaded nic collection yesterday on photoshop 2021, and I'm getting this error message saying " one or more plugins are currently not available on your system " and I tried using nik collection on the subject and nothing is happening to it. Is there a way to make it available, so I can use it?
