How do I get a download link for Photoshop CS4 Extended (Mac) installer ... I have a valid license.?

Adobe support won't help me even though I have a valid PS CS4 Ext. license for the Mac.

Has anyone got a clue on how I can get this installer ?

CS4 is no longer supported and cannot be activated.
