How do i get rid of this harsh line

I tried using the spot healing tool but that doesn't woork, we have had to take the dogs head off another picture so we need to blend the harsh line

Hi @jameso12451699 spot healing is not the right approach. Try using Select and Mask to soften the edges and remove the line around the dog.
