How do I load Minibridge in photoshop 2021?

A lot of the older tutorials say to go to File>Browse in Bridge and that should somehow make minibridge available to clip to my workspace but I can't seem to find it. Mini bridge runs as its own program which kind of defeats the purpose bc i want to access files str

As far as I know, Minibridge has been deprecated in recent versions of Photoshop.
