How do I position image?

Hi. Attaching a photo of the "issue". When I accidentally move the image while holding the move tool with two fingers, it slightly gets tilted and this compass appears. How do I straighten the image again? Ctrl+Z doesn't do the magic :')

That's the Rotate View tool. It doesn't do anything to the file, it just rotates the display.
I think there is a setting in Preferences to "enable gestures" or something similar (not at my workstation right now).
I don't use this tool at all and have removed it from my toolbar.

The Rotate View tool/gesture doesn’t change the document, it changes only the view similar to scrolling or magnifying. That’s why Undo doesn’t work, because the document wasn’t changed. The same reason you can’t undo a zoom or scroll. (View rotation was mostly requested by people who draw or paint in Photoshop using a graphics tablet and stylus. When you do that, rotating the view can make drawing some objects easier, in exactly the same way you might decide to rotate a sheet of paper when drawing.)
However, there is a way to get out of it. When the view is rotated, press the Esc key to instantly snap the view back to 0 degrees rotation. So, if the compass appears, you know it went into Rotate View mode and you can just hit Esc to set it back.
If you don’t want the canvas to accidentally rotate during touch gestures, D Fosse is correct that it can be disabled by changing the Enable Gestures setting. It’s in Photoshop Preferences in the Tools panel. Keep in mind that if you disable that, you also won’t be able to use multi-touch gestures to zoom, but two-finger scrolling should still work.
