How do I prevent this feathering from happening?

I used the Elipse tool to make a circle, but the edges keep getting feathered even though my Feathering is @ 0 px.

Imagge size is:

50 x 50 px

300 res pix/inch

Uncheck Anti-alias in the tool options bar.
