How do I replicated an XOR layer blending mode?

Hey, I moved to photoshop from paint.net and I've always loved the XOR layer blending option it had, but photoshop seems to have none such effect. How can I maybe replicate it? Are there any plugins or something I can use?

This photo is from Anka Petkova's post on blending modes 

its such a mesmerizing effect and I'd love to be able to use it without switch back and forth from paint.net.

We'd need to see the original to give you a decent answer, but it looks like the Exclusion bl;end mode to me.
