How do I use the new Adjustment presets, when I click on them nothing happens

I am not sure if there is a video tuturial on how to use the new adjustment presets, if there is can someone please share it

Maybe your computer is slower than general...

If you are patient when hovering above one, it should show a preview.

If you click it, it seems to play an action that lays down a few layers to keep what you see.

You do have a picture open...? 😉

My PC is ±16 years old, but it takes less than 1–3 secs to see the preview.

If it takes much longer, something might be wrong...

I see on the PS Beta version it works instantly
