I removed a background from a photo in photoshop, and it doesn't seem to support .jpeg.  How can I get a jpeg without the backgrouind?  I opened it in lightroom classic but it puts the background back and I can't figure out how to remove it in lightroom.  Someone please help.

It does not sound as if you are a Photoshop Developer and this is not a Developer question. I've moved your post to the Photoshop forum for you.

JPEG does not support transparency. Save as PSD, TIFF, or PNG.
