I want to work like a fill tool and paste a texture.
To do that, I'll use selection tools, layer options, and more.
When you say texture, do you mean like a rough stone look, or some kind of tweed fabric overly etc? Can you post a screenshot of what you want to achieve?
It is an image like a stone. I wish I could operate it quickly.
However, the timing of the proposal would have been early.

Google Photoshop Textures Stone, and plenty of free ones will pop up. You would then:
-Drag the one you want onto your file in Photoshop and place it on the top layer
-Set it to Overlay and play with the opacity slider until it looks like you want it to. You can also try setting it to Soft Light or Multiply. You can also adjust the tone by going Edit>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation.
