How to arrange two fisheye circles to be side by side in PS?

Hello,

How do you rearrange this two fish eye circle so that will be side by side(from Left to Right) with no loss in detail.

Make the canvas 200% wider from the left side. Then select the lower circle and move it to the right side of the upper circle. Finally crop away the now empty bottom half.

Do you want just the images side by side, or do you want to attempt to merge the images together?

I just want the two circles to be side-by-side instead of one-up, one-down(like shown here).  Thanks.

If that is the case, do as Johan said. If the images are on separate layers, just use the move tool to move it into position. If they are on the same layer, make a selection around the bottom one, then use the move tool to move it into place.

Is this what you want to do? You should separate circles. Select bottom part using Rectangular Marguee tool then Shift + Ctrl + J to cut selected portion and duplicate it on separate layer. Later follow instruction to make canvas wider and shorter.
