I have about 300 sets of Raw photos. Each set is 3 bracketd Raw images of the same item. 900 photos total.
Is there a way to bach create 300 HDRs? I'd really hate to have to do them manually?
I prefer to use Bridge, Camera Raw and Photoshop, but will use Light room or an other app if necessary.

I expect Scripting solutions have come up before; did you do a Forum search for something like »script batch hdr«?

Processing sets of 3 rendered image format files is "easy enough", as no interface gets in the road... But how to script the suppression of the ACR interface and "directly" open each raw render as is?
This is presuming that no ACR adjustments are required and that appropriate CRS data exists in an XMP sidecar.
EDIT: It appears that scripting "naturally" suppresses the ACR dialog...

Thanks Steve. Unfortunately I never learned scripting or code, so that doesn't help me. It looks like a useful tool for someone who does.

You probably use default installed scripts all the time without even realising it.
So, what you are probably saying is that you don't know how to download/save/run a custom script.

Thanks. I got it to work and it's definitely worth saving. I'd like to find something geared towards Adobe Camera Raw, specifically something you can export as a DNG. The quick scripting tutorial is much appreciated.

For the most part, I don't believe that one can script ACR, so one has to use the built-in features:
