How to batch replace smart objects.

Hi, I'm totally new to script. Please help to make a script for me.

What I have.

1. A folder have few designs as png.

2. A folder have few Mockup file psd having "Artwork" named smart object.

3. A empty folder where I want to save the processed files as jpeg.

Lets say,

1. I have 5 design in png in folder "A"

2 A folder "B" having 10 psd mockup files containing "Artwork" named smart object.

3. A Empty folder "C", Where the scripts generate 5*10= 50 processed image as jpeg.
