How to change original photo skin colour

I need to change face skin colour using AI .  but when given command it is changed in to whole photo in to someone else face, why,

Does it have to be with AI? You would have more control with traditional methods in Photoshop. What color do you want: blue? green? Or remove some of the red?

As Jane is hinting at.  You don't need any of the Ai tools to change skin colour.  In fact you are just making life much harder for yourself.  If you'd like to share the image (providing it is safe for work) and explain what you'd like to change and how, I am sure you'll get good advice.
