How to convert a video pan to a single big image

I am trying to create a big single image from a pan video sequence (like this https://youtu.be/eBL6vu9NQtw imagining that the girl is not moving) how could I do it without overlapping manually each frame in transparency?

can't you just take frame grabs and then use Photomerge?
