How to create similar effect as Illustrator's Image Trace?

Hi! Anyone know a process where I could create an effect similar to the black and white of Illustrator's Image Trace and perform & export in bulk? To create images like the sample I've attached.

Hi, you could use threshold, some blur, (and, if you need real vectors: CTRL+click on the RGB channel, (or CTRL+Shift+Alt+2) then, in the paths panel, click on the convert to path button. ) see this tut I wrote long time ago:
