How to Deselect Brush Tool?

I recently did some experimenting with Photoshop's Brush tool, and now somehow I can't figure out how to get rid of it! Even if I go to the Window menu at the top and uncheck brushes, it remains. I feel like this should be obvious but I can't seem to figure it out, so I guess I better ask here. How do I, in fact, totally deselect this tool? Thank you.
