how to fix camera raw photoshop v25.12?

I can't open the Nikon zf raw file or the camera raw filter with camera raw 16.5.1, so I went back to installing the old version 14.0 camera raw filter. It worked, but I couldn't open the Nikon raw file either.Now, I'm back to installing the new version camera raw 16.15.1, and it's not working either.

windows 11 23H2

Hey, @banyat_manakijlap4290. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. 

The Nikon Zf camera is supported with Camera Raw 15.5 & above versions. The particular camera has support for shooting in lossless & high-efficiency modes. What mode are you shooting in?
